No. HeyBride is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You pay once and keep the features. There is nothing to cancel or downgrade. If you realise right after purchase that it isn’t for you, use the 14-day right of withdrawal.

You have 24 months from your purchase to plan your wedding. During that window you can set your wedding date any time and change it as often as you want. After your wedding day, your access stays active for another 3 months, so you can wrap up memories, photos and the last to-dos without rushing.

A few examples: - Wedding in 6 months → 9 months of access total (6 + 3). - Wedding in 12 months → 15 months of access total (12 + 3). - Wedding in 23 months → 26 months of access total (23 + 3). - No wedding date set → access for up to 24 months from purchase. The wedding date itself has to fall within the 24 months from purchase. The 3-month extension afterwards doesn’t count towards that window.

As often as you like. Your purchase secures 24 months of access. Within that period you can change your wedding date as many times as you want, as long as the new date still falls within those 24 months from your purchase date.

No. The date is optional at purchase and can be set any time within the 24 months, so you can start even while you’re still weighing several dates.

You’re automatically moved back to the free plan. All your data stays put: photos, thank-you cards and PDF/ZIP export remain available. You can repurchase any time, which starts a fresh 24-month window.
