HeyBride is your web app with Miri — your personal wedding planner. She accompanies you from the first to-do list to the thank-you cards after the celebration.
Who is HeyBride for?
HeyBride is for couples who want to plan their wedding in a structured, stress-free way — from an intimate gathering to a big celebration. It fits couples who organise everything themselves, as well as teamwork with your wedding party or vendors.
Do we need planning experience or technical know-how?
No. Miri is deliberately intuitive and self-explanatory. You need neither planning experience nor technical background — every feature walks you through budget, to-dos, guests and schedule step by step. Clear, logical, no complex spreadsheets.
Do I need to install an app?
No. HeyBride is a web app and works right in your browser — on phone, tablet and desktop. No app store, no forced updates.

Is Miri an AI?
Yes. Miri is powered by modern AI that has learned from many wedding experiences. We give her a warm personality because planning is an emotional topic — but her recommendations are based on real data, not gut feeling.
What is AI wedding planning and how does it work?
AI wedding planning means: Miri automatically generates a personalised timeline and to-do list from your wedding date, distributes your budget based on guest count and region, and suggests the right questions for each vendor category. You decide — Miri handles the routine.
What makes Miri different from a chatbot?
Miri isn’t a simple chatbot. She suggests proactively, reminds you of deadlines, builds budgets and remembers your style and decisions. Other tools have checklists — Miri has a plan.
What can Miri do that ChatGPT can’t?
ChatGPT is a great general-purpose AI — for brainstorming, first drafts, ideas. But every session starts from scratch, it doesn’t remember your earlier decisions, doesn’t run a budget, doesn’t track deadlines and doesn’t contact vendors. Miri is specialised on weddings: she knows your guest list, your budget, your timeline and your style — and keeps it all together, even if you don’t check in for two weeks.
Can AI replace a human wedding planner?
For creative curation, venue visits and day-of coordination, a human planner is wonderful — and typically comes with a four-figure price tag. Miri handles the structural orchestration before that: running the numbers on your budget, keeping deadlines in view, asking the right questions of vendors. Many professional planners use tools like HeyBride alongside — as an assistant, not a replacement.
Do you train AI on our data?
No. Your wedding data is not used for AI training — neither by us nor by our technology partners. More on this on our data security page.

Where do I start with wedding planning?
The first steps in wedding planning: pick a target date, agree on a rough budget, sketch a guest list and define the style of your celebration. When you sign in to HeyBride, Miri automatically creates a matching wedding checklist based on your date and shows you what’s next — you don’t start from zero.
How do you plan a wedding without stress?
You plan stress-free when you spread tasks over time, never juggle more than three things at once, and have one place that ties everything together. That’s exactly what HeyBride does: Miri distributes ~99 to-dos across your timeline, nudges you about deadlines and keeps budget, guests and schedule in one spot. Can we plan together as a couple?
Yes. HeyBride is built for couples — one shared account, both of you see everything, both work on the same state in real time. No duplicate lists, no outdated versions.
Can our wedding party or vendors help out?
Yes. You can share individual tasks, lists or the day-of schedule with your wedding party and vendors via a shared link or PDF export. The main planning stays with you as a couple; coordination still runs smoothly.
What sets HeyBride apart from other tools?
One platform instead of many lists: seating, guest list and timeline mesh together — change one thing and everything else adapts. Plus Miri, who thinks ahead proactively, a one-time purchase instead of a subscription, German servers and full data ownership. You get JSON or CSV export any time.
Is there a demo version?
There’s no public demo before the official launch yet. Join the waitlist — you’ll be among the first to get access once HeyBride is live.
Pricing & billing
What does HeyBride cost?
You can start for free. Basic is €79 as a one-time purchase — no subscription, no hidden costs. Premium is €129, including vendor outreach and after-the-wedding mode.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes, any time. You only pay the difference between packages — no duplicate purchase. Your 24-month window from the original purchase keeps running unchanged; an upgrade doesn’t extend it.
Do I have to downgrade if I need less?
No. HeyBride is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You pay once and keep the features — there is nothing to cancel or downgrade. If you realise right after purchase that it isn’t for you, use the 14-day right of withdrawal.
How long is our purchase valid?
You have 24 months from your purchase to plan your wedding. During that window you can set your wedding date any time, or change it up to twice. After your wedding day, your access stays active for another 3 months — so you can wrap up memories, photos and the last to-dos without rushing.
What does that mean in practice?
A few examples:
- Wedding in 6 months → 9 months of access total (6 + 3).
- Wedding in 12 months → 15 months of access total (12 + 3).
- Wedding in 23 months → 26 months of access total (23 + 3).
- No wedding date set → access for up to 24 months from purchase.
The wedding date itself has to fall within the 24 months from purchase — the 3-month extension afterwards doesn’t count towards that window.
Can we change our wedding date later?
Yes, up to twice. The new date has to fall within the 24 months from your purchase date.
Do we need a wedding date at the time of purchase?
No. The date is optional at purchase and can be set any time within the 24 months — so you can start even while you’re still weighing several dates.
What happens after the window ends?
You’re automatically moved back to the free plan. All your data stays put — photos, thank-you cards and PDF/ZIP export remain available. You can repurchase any time, which starts a fresh 24-month window.
What if our wedding is more than 24 months away?

Is there an early-bird discount?
Yes — everyone on the waitlist gets an exclusive discount code at launch.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Within 14 days of purchase you can withdraw without giving reasons.
Privacy
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Your data sits on German servers, is transferred and stored encrypted. We are GDPR compliant and don’t sell any data. HeyBride is developed and operated in Germany.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
If you delete your account, all your data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers within 30 days. Before that, you can export everything as JSON or CSV.
