HeyBride is a wedding planning web app with Miri, an AI wedding planner, working alongside you. One shared account holds your checklist, budget planner, guest list with RSVP, seating plan, running order and documents. Miri knows all of that data, suggests the next step on her own, and creates tasks straight out of the chat. From the very first to-do to the thank-you cards after the party, everything stays in one place.

Getting started is free. Basic is a one-time €79 and unlocks an unlimited guest list with RSVP, the budget planner, seating plan, running order, moodboard and documents. Premium is a one-time €129 and adds the graphical floor plan, emergency contacts and the after-the-wedding memories. No subscription, no follow-up costs, no commission on your bookings.

A chatbot answers; Miri works. She sees the state of your planning and can change it: create tasks with due dates, add budget items, extend the running order, set deadlines, all from inside the conversation. She speaks up on her own when a deposit is due or guest replies are missing. Other tools have checklists. Miri has a plan.

Her recommendations draw on real wedding experience: typical cost shares, realistic lead times, booking deadlines in Germany. The decisions always stay with you.

No. After onboarding with your date, rough guest count, budget range and style, your plan already exists: checklist, budget split and timeline come pre-filled, and you only adjust. When you get stuck, you ask Miri in plain language, for example “what should we do next?”. She answers using your actual data and creates the matching tasks right away.

Yes, that is exactly what HeyBride is built for. You plan in one shared account and both see the same state in real time: if one of you ticks off a task or logs a quote, the other sees it immediately. Your wedding party and vendors get individual lists or the running order as a share link or PDF, with no account of their own.

Yes. Your data sits on servers in Germany and is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We work GDPR compliant, we do not sell data, and your wedding data is not used for AI training either. HeyBride is developed and operated in Germany, and you can export everything at any time.

When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers within 30 days, including photos, documents, guest list and chat history. Export whatever you want to keep as JSON or CSV first. The only exception is data we are legally required to retain, such as invoices.

No. HeyBride is a web app and runs straight in your browser, on phone, tablet and laptop, across iOS, Android, Windows and macOS. No app store, no downloads, no forced updates. Because everything lives in your account, the state you see on the go is the state you see on the big screen at night.

ChatGPT is brilliant for anything that is text: speeches, invitation wording, first ideas. What it lacks is the state of your wedding. Every session starts from zero, it does not know your guest list, does not run a budget and cannot create anything for you. Miri sits inside the planning app with permanent access to your data: she knows you marry on 12 June, that you have 74 acceptances and that the venue deposit is paid. From the chat she creates tasks with deadlines, adds budget items and updates the guest list. She is purpose-built for weddings and reaches out on her own, even if you do not open the app for two weeks.

For creative curation, walking venues and coordinating on the day, a human is irreplaceable, and that typically costs €2,000 to €8,000 or 10 to 15 percent of your budget. The structural work before that is what Miri takes on for a one-time €79 to €129: running the numbers on your budget, watching deposits and deadlines, scheduling the checklist, keeping the guest list in order.
