HeyBride is an AI wedding planner. So we will tell you plainly where an AI does the work and where it does not.
Where an AI does the work.
Inside the planning app, Miri plans alongside you. She is an AI, and she is introduced as one before you ever write to her. She knows where your planning stands, suggests the next step on her own, and creates tasks or budget items straight out of the conversation. The decisions stay yours.
On this website, by contrast, no AI is working live. There is no chatbot answering here and no input that travels to an AI model. What you see on the home page and under Features are fixed example views.

What our content is made of.
Miri illustrations: AI-generated
Every image and the short video showing Miri was created with AI. Miri is a drawn fairy with wings, not a real person, so there is no one she could be mistaken for.
Wedding photos: real photography
The photos of couples, rings and venues are real photographs taken by photographers. The portrait of Julie is a real photo too. None of these images came out of an AI.
Journal articles: written as Miri, checked by Julie
Articles in the Journal appear under Miri’s name because they are written in her voice. Editorial responsibility sits with Julie Kampe. Every article passes a human review before it goes live.
Chat threads on this site: examples
The conversations with Miri and the app views on this website are recreated examples. They show what planning looks like, but they are not recordings of real weddings.
How you would spot an AI image.
If we ever use an image that looks like a photograph and came from an AI, we label it visibly on the image itself. For that we use the official label of the European Commission:

Right now no image on this website carries that label, because none of our photorealistic images were made with AI. If that changes, you will see it on the image itself rather than buried in the small print.
What the law asks for.
Article 50 of the European AI Act has applied since 2 August 2026. It calls for disclosure in three cases: AI images or video that closely resemble real people, places or events; AI text on matters of public interest published without editorial control; and systems you write to directly.
We reviewed our content against all three. The result is set out above, and we update this page whenever our content changes.
