No. Your wedding data is not used for AI training, neither by us nor by our technology partners. What you write to Miri is used only to produce your answer in the context of your planning, and never flows back into a model. Your data sits on servers in Germany, you can export it as JSON or CSV at any time, and you can delete your account together with everything in it. The details are in our privacy notice.

Partly, and we will tell you exactly where. Every image and the short video showing Miri is AI-generated, because Miri is a drawn fairy rather than a real person. The wedding photos of couples, rings and venues are real photographs taken by photographers, and so is the portrait of Julie. Articles in the Journal appear under Miri's name, editorial responsibility sits with Julie Kampe, and every article passes a human review before it goes live. Premium is a one-time €129 and adds the graphical floor plan, emergency contacts for the wedding day and the after-the-wedding memories with photo gallery and thank-you cards, plus 1,000 Miri messages and 10 GB of storage. No subscription, no follow-up costs, no commission on your bookings.

Yes, any time and without paying twice. Moving from Basic to Premium costs only the €50 difference, your data stays exactly as it is and the extra features unlock immediately. Your 24-month window keeps running from the original purchase, so an upgrade does not extend it. If you are unsure, start with Basic: the graphical floor plan and the after-the-wedding features only become relevant late in the process anyway.

No, there is nothing to cancel. HeyBride is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: you pay once and keep the features for your entire planning period. No payment keeps running that you would need to stop, and there is no lower tier to fall back to in order to save money. If you realise right after buying that it is not for you, simply use the 14-day right of withdrawal.

24 months from purchase, plus 3 months after your wedding day. During those 24 months you plan with the full feature set and can set and change your wedding date as often as you like. After the wedding, access stays live for another 3 months so you can gather photos, send thank-you cards and review your vendors without rushing. After that the account moves to the free plan automatically, with all your data intact and exportable.

Your access ends 3 months after the wedding, and at the latest 24 months after purchase plus those 3 months. A few examples: - Wedding in 6 months → 9 months of access total (6 + 3). - Wedding in 12 months → 15 months of access total (12 + 3). - Wedding in 23 months → 26 months of access total (23 + 3). - No wedding date set → access for up to 24 months from purchase. The wedding date itself has to fall within the 24 months from purchase. The 3-month extension afterwards doesn’t count towards that window.

No, the date is optional at purchase. You can start while you are still weighing several dates or venues and add it later, any time within the 24 months. Until then you work with the general checklist, the budget planner and the moodboard. The moment you set the date, Miri schedules every task against your timeline and the countdown begins.

Your account moves to the free plan automatically and nothing gets deleted. Photos, thank-you cards, guest list and budget all stay, and PDF or ZIP export remains available so you can archive everything. There is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged automatically. If you buy again later, a fresh 24-month window starts with your existing data still in place.
